| I originally got this game for Christmas (upon request) in 2007 and when I tried to play it i got a notice saying my processor wasn't up to date. For whatever reason I just accepted that and moved on, however recently I decided to try and play again and got the same message. My computer specs are as follows:
intel core duo processor, 2 GHz
OS X 10.4.11
512 MB of memory
video: radeon X1600, VRAM 128MB
using the 1.0.3c version I was able to get into the Undercity sewers once, never further. Unless I read it wrong the 1.0.3d patch was supposed to help the game run on Intel processors. However, with the new patch the game crashes on startup. I'm beyond frustrated and will only be satisfied when these glitches are fixed!

| works perfectly on a new 17" macbook pro.
runs with highest graphics settings.
first i thought i wouldn´t work till i tried dragging the new file into the kotor folder and so replacing the old one lol.

| Mac Book Pro Intel Core 2 Duo Leopard 2gb DRAM and I use the 1.0.3d and it works perfectly except the game save i used a crack though but ill try with my disk lator but the game saves dont work but the autosave is ok so i can play though autosaves but i cant save myself only autosave :( ima try the 1.0.3c and see if that works too but this is good not like you have any other option |

| The 1.03 version that came on the disk crashed immediately on launch. This one, the screen blacked out, the KOTOR cursor appeared briefly, then it crashed. So there's improvement I guess, but I still can't even get close to playing it. I have a 2.66 GHz Intel Core 2 Duo Intel iMac with 2 GB of memory and a Radeon HD 2600 Pro graphics card. If I were to hazard a guess, I'd say the patch supports Intel but not Leopard, which was released after the latest patch. I'll try the Windows version in CrossOver to see if I have any more luck. Neverwinter Nights runs flawlessly in CrossOver. |

| This patch is a joke, a very bad one. I'm on a dual 2.4 gig imac w/ 3 gig of ram and an ati 2600 xt 256 meg. I can play mass effect on the windows partition of my drive, but I can barely run a 4 year old game on os x? This is a perfect example of how bad a great game can be screwed up. |

| These did NOTHING. The first patch actually made everything worse! Choppier movement, sound, etc. NOTHING is wrong with my computer. It's an Imac, 2 gig processor, 1 gig SDRAM, I just spent fifty bucks on this game, and now I can't get past TARIS!? I got the PC version from a friend for FREE! (THE game, not a copy...) maybe I oughtta just partition the HD, put in a win shell and do it THAT way... |

| ok i bought this game because i thought it would be a good game for the mac....this game is almost unplayable ....it crashes every 20 minutes....i cant even enter a building w/o it crashing every time i tried installing patch, doesnt help it wont let me past the undercity....what a waste of 50$... |

| Rather good game. Or so i thought as i played it on my pc. So i bought it for my Macbook to play on road. Untill you dont leave the ship, game stays realy great. But thats abaut it.
Lateron you will discover that this is typical Aspyr release of game, wich is unplayable. You wont get past undercity. Or if you do then you still dont have good experience as the framerate tends to drop dramaticaly from there. Graphics blows from underword so its comletly unoptimised game.
I have also tried gating better results by removing extra languges and ppc arhitecture, but still no luck. This game needs a new pach, and fast.
Now how to get that 70 bucks back i payed for this... |
