You must have the Demo version or the full version to use this release.
Please note you will need your registration details (Name, Customer Number and Serial Number) to use the non-demo versions available here.
If you only have the demo download the demo version updates only.
Updater utility included. Simply run the "SC Updater PPC" (or "SC Updater Carbon" for Carbon updates) and select the version of Star Conquest you want updated to 1.1b3.
This version will not support 1.0 games. Make sure you complete any existing 1.0 games before updating to this version.
-Extended error reporting during game startup.
-Added option to Preferences dialog that controls whether informnation windows and popup menus are automatically closed.
-Added Design Information pop-up on Star Base Information Panel so you can quickly view number of Star Ships operational for each Design.
-Fixed bug on Universe Templates. Old Universe Templates are no longer supported.
-Minor graphics updates included to improve look of "Stars" theme.
-Changed Set Destination cursor so should be visible on Carbon/OS X and Classic Mac OS.
You will need to reenter your registration information for the non-demo version.
-Demo version now allows play until the year 2175.
