Quake 3 Alchemy 1.1
In Quake 3 Alchemy, three gems spawn randomly around the map thirty seconds after the level starts. These gems can be picked up and appear in your head up display and in the team overlay. The gem also appears as an icon over your head, so everybody knows you've got one. When carrying a gem, be careful about getting into any fights. If you take damage, there is a chance that you might drop a gem. As you'll see in a moment, everyone is going to want them from you!
When a team has gathered all three gems, a transformation occurs. Each member of the team takes on an eerie green glow and is blessed with thirty seconds of Haste and Double Damage. If you are killed during this period, you lose the powerup.
Thirty seconds after the powerup finishes, the gems respawn and the mad scramble starts again.
Other features include a tally of the number of times you have been killed on the scoreboard.
Quake III Alchemy supports all four game modes. In the Team DM and CTF modes, a team must collectively gather all three gems. In Tournament and FFA modes, an individual must collect all three gems.
