Loaded Q3A is a very configurable modification for Quake 3 Arena that gives you a greater ability to run a server exactly the way you want. It currently offers over 115 new commands and features including an advanced high scoring system, an enhanced "Message of the Day" and absolute item banning and replacement allowing you to change or remove any item you see fit with any limitations. It's also very flexible on the client side.
The screenshot shows you some of the things Loaded can do such as show "Frags Per Hour." A neat little modification that shows how many kills a person has within that hour.
