Q3Spank
This mod really works well with CTF. Each time you spawn, you get a random speed assigned to you and different strengths that come with it, depending which level it is. In a way it's like Action Quake where you can select a certain character which has specific traits to it only with Q3Spank you get one randomly assigned to you.
