Quake X 1.2
Quake is the successor to Doom, the smash-hit action game. In Quake, you're plunged into a brutal and terrifyingly realistic 3D environment where you'll need to rely on your agility, instincts, and a lot of weapons. Multiple players can connect via modem or network in either cooperative or deathmatch modes. If you have trouble with weird colors or incorrect textures in 1.09, throw away all the files inside the "glquake" folder in the "id1" folder to fix the problem.
Version 1.2:
* Dropped support for PowerPC based Macs.
* Added native 64-bit Intel support.
* Rewrote display and display mode system.
* Fixed broken fullscreen support of software renderer versions under MacOS X 10.7.
* Fixed smearing of console and modal dialogs if FSAA is enabled.
* Rewrote input system. Uses now IOHIDManager.
* Added support for game pads. Tested with:
Microsoft Xbox 360 Controller (requires driver).
Sony DUALSHOCK®2 for PlayStation®2 (with Play.com Dual PS2 to PC Convertor, no driver required).
Sony DUALSHOCK®3 for PlayStation®3 (no driver required).
* Added support for actuators. Tested with:

* Rewrote audio system. Uses now AudioGraph/AudioUnits.
* Redesigned settings dialog for command-line arguments.

| bravo! bravo! been playin for 8 yrs and i have to say 1.09 really kicks it if your computer uses GL (like mine) the best then get the GL update AND this version. |

Truform and Anti-Aliasing works. Any resolution and refresh ratio available with MacOS X is available within Quake. Now it's time to test some MODs ... |
