Full Description: Beginning with the earliest MUDs (Multi User Dungeons), on through today's MUSHes, MUXes, MOOs, MUCKs and all the other varied offspring of the original MUD, there have been text-based multiuser games around since the early days of the Internet. But to connect to these MUs, you generally need a client slightly more advanced than plain old telnet! Atlantis is a client specifically designed to aid in playing those type of games. It is designed from the ground up entirely in Cocoa, and integrates with system services — such as the Mac OS X spellchecker — as much as possible. In addition to the expected feature-set of every MU client — connect to a game, provide highlighting, log output and so on — Atlantis has a number of fairly advanced features. Heres is a partial feature list: • 'Spawn' support. • Shared world settings. • Growl support • Versatile Windowing • HTML Logfiles • User defined hotkeys • User defined aliases • Advanced event system • SSL-encrypted connections • MCCP support • Perl scripting • MCP 2.1

Fixes/Changes: (this can be used for new file versions to show what changed) Version 0.9.9.3: * GENERAL: URL detection now respects Unicode directional quotes as delimiters as well. No more missing URLs because you're on MUX2! * GENERAL: Tweaks to handle a strange encoding situation that could lock up a connection. (If this still happens, PLEASE give me more info. I couldn't reproduce the reported issue, so this was a blind fix.) * GENERAL: Unicode ellipsis characters will be converted to three individual periods, to avoid issues with MUX2 servers and Lion's automatic text filling. * PERL: For those who Perl still causes Atlantis to fail to load, you can set a special option to disable it. From the command line, type: defaults write net.riverdark.atlantis disablePerl -bool YES
