Hey yoshi, sorry about that! Drop me an email to hello@catnapgames.com and I'll send you an updated version that fixes the audio problems you've been having. It was a rare thing that happened only on some Macs so it was kinda hard to fix. |

Whilst playing the demo I thought this game was fantastic. The cell-look and those cute soldiers etc. Anyway, I purchased the thing only to experience major problems: after a couple of levels there's no more sound - and then the game just starts to crash all over the place. Really a shame, the game has a certain potential. However, the developer hasn't.
I'd give the demo a 4-rating and the commercial version a 1...or even a zero.

Some of the startup issues or crashes when pressing "start" in the menu have been fixed, give it another try if you want. And please don't rate it 1/5 just because it doesn't run, if you can't rate the gameplay don't rate at all. |

Not bad. Gameplay got a little repetitive and it's not clear from the demo if buying the full version would make it less so. In any case, a very solid little game. Ran fine on my computer. |

"Don't just say 'doesn't start' and then give it 1/5"
That statement is complete rubbish, it's rated on it's merits, if it doesn't work then it's getting rated accordingly. If you want to moan at somebody, moan at the site for not providing a comments option.
As for the game, it worked for me, very smooth (40-60) fps on an 800 G4 with Safari and Azureus running in the background, overhead view reminds me of Cannon Fodder, played the whole demo, better than a lot of the dross that passes for games here, but I think I'll pass on a purchase.
Fun while it lasted. |
