A small program to create characters for the pen and paper RPG "Call of Cthulhu" by Chaosium, Inc. It determines not only the attributes but also depending skill values while taking in account the differences between the supported editions (3rd and 5th) of the rules.
The complete character creation can now be done with CoCC, from rolling the attributes and distributing the skill points to printing a ready-to-use character sheet.
