Handy/MacOS is an Atari Lynx emulator for the Macintosh.
Handy/MacOS supports reasonably good compatibility with Atari Lynx ROMs. There are a few titles which don't work, but the majority seem to work pretty well. Handy also supports full sound emulation. For consistent full speed, a 150MHz or faster PowerMac is necessary. If your Macintosh has a 3D card, Handy can take advantage of this to provide full screen smoothed video. Handy can also scale the Lynx video by up to 500% to provide full screen on resolutions up to 800*600. Handy/MacOS was the first emulator on the Macintosh to support loading compressed ROM images - an idea which has since been adopted by many of the other emulators out there.
• First update in more than three years brining the port in sync with v0.9.0 for PC.
• Finally updated to use CoreEmulator Shell/Emulator Enhancer.
